Return qualifications
For full refunds: Unused goods, original sealed packaging, returned within 30 days of purchase
Opened/used products: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Email support@ro.dog. We'll find a fair solution – partial refund, replacement, or store credit.
Exchanges: Only for damaged/defective items. Email us for prepaid shipping labels.
Clearance/final sale items not refundable
How to return

Ship it back: We'll provide a mailing address. You cover return shipping (tracking # recommended)
Inspection & resolution: We email approval/denial within 3 business days of receipt. Approved refunds hit your original payment method in 3-5 business days
Refund timing: credit card refunds, allow 5-10 business days after processing for bank posting. Still missing? Email us – we'll trace it together.
