RoDog wants you to love what lands on your porch. And if something isn’t right, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from purchase to start a return – no questions about why, just genuine care.

Return qualifications

  • For full refunds: Unused goods, original sealed packaging, returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Opened/used products: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Email support@ro.dog. We'll find a fair solution – partial refund, replacement, or store credit.
  • Exchanges: Only for damaged/defective items. Email us for prepaid shipping labels.
  • Clearance/final sale items not refundable

How to return

  • Email us: Contact support@ro.dog for return authorization
  • Ship it back: We'll provide a mailing address. You cover return shipping (tracking # recommended)
  • Inspection & resolution: We email approval/denial within 3 business days of receipt. Approved refunds hit your original payment method in 3-5 business days
  • Refund timing: credit card refunds, allow 5-10 business days after processing for bank posting. Still missing? Email us – we'll trace it together.

Shipping Costs

  • Returns: Customer covers return shipping unless product is defective or damaged
  • Exchanges: Available only for defective/damaged products. Contact us for prepaid return labels.
